The rules of the road for using Lucra. We've kept the legalese to a minimum and highlighted what actually matters — especially around trading risk.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Lucra Trading, Inc. ("Lucra," "we," or "us") and govern your access to and use of the Lucra website, applications, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use derivatives and margin products in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying that your use of Lucra is lawful where you live.
You are responsible for the security of your account, including your credentials. Notify us immediately via the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading is speculative and you can lose more than you deposit.
Lucra is a software tool. Signals, alerts, analytics, and AI-generated commentary are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for every trade you execute — whether manually, from an alert, or through any automated feature.
Past performance of any strategy, trader, or signal shown on Lucra does not guarantee future results.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period, except where required by law.
We may change pricing with at least thirty (30) days' notice for existing paid subscribers. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Features labeled "LucraGPT," "alert," or "auto-trade" use machine learning systems and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing any output before acting on it.
You may supply content (trade notes, chart images, imported history) to improve your personal experience. We use that content to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and content we create, is owned by Lucra and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Lucra a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, create security risk for the Service or other users, or use Lucra in a way that exposes Lucra to legal liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucra's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Lucra in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we'll post a new "last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in-app notice at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
